A players age on May 1 is his age for the year. 2021 grads are 18U, 2022 grads are 17U, 2023 grads are 16U, 2024 grads are 15U, 2025 grads are 14. A player’s grad year may be used to trump his age. All Pastime Tournaments events are STAY-TO-PLAY. In order to participate in the tournaments, all athletes are required to book their lodging through Athletx Travel. If you choose not to book your lodging through Athletx Travel, you will be required to pay an alternative lodging fee. Contact evans@pastimetournaments.com for alternative lodging inquiries. REGISTRATIONS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF EVENT:Will automatically have the alternative lodging coverage applied, and teams/individuals may book outside of event lodging. If you reside within 75 miles of the event you will be considered local and no further action is needed.

Games will begin Wednesday at 8/830AM with all teams completing 3-4 pool play games by the end of the day Friday. Bracket play for all teams will begin on Saturday morning and extend into Sunday. National Championship rings will be provided to teams in the finals and all games will be stat tracked with player rankings posted after the event. This is an ALL SCOUT event. We will have a paid scout at every field, for every game, during this event to track player stats/metrics. Top performers from each event will be hand selected by our scouts, earn All-Tournament Team recognition, and will be invited to attend The All Scout Championship showcase event at Grand Park Sports Complex in Indianapolis, IN August 14-15 with some of the top talent from around the country. The most elite players from the All Scout Championship will be selected to attend one of the premier Fall championships in the entire country. *Encourage your players to submit their individual videos to the FREE Virtual Showcase hosted on the www.PastimeTournaments.com website for additional exposure!
