All players listed below were hand picked by Pastime’s Tier 1 scouts who spend all weekend identifying talent amongst every tournament labeled “All Scout”. Each player that is labeled as a top player of the weekend will receive an invite to the All Scout Championship individual event in August.

Brendan Garza (Peak Select 16U, 2024, SS): Good quick/compact swing, knows how to get his hands to the ball, looks very calm in the box w a balanced stance, very smooth load to launch. 2 out RBI oppo single and a double off the wall in the same game. FB up to 86. “Best player I’ve seen all year”. 4.88 time to first. Smooth at SS, always on toes.
Logan McLaughlin (Hawks Gold, 2023, SS/RHP): A big and tall athletic right handed pitcher. He was dominate on the mound with smooth mechanics that produced a heavy 83-85 mph fastball. Was able to have high command with his changeup and slider which he ran up to 76 mph. Showed plus athleticism at the plate with a smooth, fundamentally sound swing that he was able to use to hit the ball the other way. Showed off plus speed for his size by running out a ground ball for a hit.
Easton Storey (Hawks Gold, 2023, LHP): Storey was one of the harder throwing left handed pitchers over the weekend topping out at 87 mph. A smooth and effortless delivery combined with an athletic body with room to grow, there is a lot of projectability here.
Connor Prahl (Legacy, 2023, 3B/C): One of the better players over the weekend, Prahl has a rare 6-3 athletic strong body who showed plus power and contact with ability to hit to all fields. Possesses an effortless swing that produces big pop. Behind the plate showed off a 2.0-2.2 pop time with good footwork.
JR Morrow (Hawks Gold, 2023, SS): One of the better players over the weekend, Morrow showed out both defensively and offensively. As a catcher, showed off a strong arm with a back pick to second from his knees for an out. Fundamentally strong in the categories of blocking and throwing. At the plate he has a balanced stance with ability to be patient with aggressive hands where he can drive the ball to all fields.

Showed high insticts in centerfield with his ability to take efficient routes to makes plays in center field.|

At the plate he looks very relaxed and comfortable, has a smooth load and is able to hit to all fields with a balanced stance and ability to stay through the ball. On the mound, Joe flashed low 80s over a couple appearences, and commanded his fastball well.|
|Gavin||Grueter||Hitters Edge 16u||2024||CF||Grueter made consistent contact all weekend with multiple 2 or more hit games. Underdeveloped physically with high upside, Gavin is a plus athlete who competes in the box to put balls in play. On the mound, used his lower half to throw smooth mid 70s fastballs.|

At the plate showed a fast flat bat through the zone which allows him to hit the other way with power. Had a few multiple hit games over the weekend. On the mound, he showed high command keeping the ball low in the zone with his fastball and curveball. It is clear to see that he is composed on the mound with good mechanics.|
|Justin||Osterhouse||Elite Select||1B||Justin possess a big atheltic frame as well as above average atheltisicm. He hits for power to all fields, and posted many quality at bats over the weekend. Has quiet hands with a simple load from the left side. Has a smooth and balanced finish.|
|JP||Hill||Michiana Scrappers 15U Finn||2023||C||JP is a very athletic catcher who has a confident presense behind the plate. Smaller physically, but works extremely hard for his pitchers and his team. Batting from the left side, JP gets down the line quick and has a high level swing that finds a lot of barrels.|
|Jake||Pallo||Elite Select||2023||At the plate, Jake showcases an athletic swing that got him multiple hits over the weekend. Does a good job of staying inside the ball which allows him to stay in the middle of the field. Gets out and down to first quick. On the mound showed an understanding in high level pitching mechanics and showed low 80’s velo with command of a changeup and slider that ran up to 72.|

He has a balanced load to explosive delievery that is properly connected to produce an effortless looking mid to high 70s fastball. Does a good job of getting out in front allowing easy armside movement with his fastball and late, tight break on his curveball. Showed plus command with ability to pitch backwards when needed.|

|Mason||Wire||Hitters Edge 16u||2024||SS||A confident hitter at the plate, Mason posted good lines including having a 2 double game. Shows that he is a plus athlete with a strong and balanced swing that allows him to hit to multiple fields. Also played a smooth shortstop with plus speed.|
|Robert||Hamman||Michigan Mets||2024||Robert is a tall and lenghy right handed pitcher who sat 79-81 with good command. He possessed ability to hold runners on, and has efficient mechanics that will allow for easy growth.|
|Corbin||Bennetts||Flames Alvarez||2024||Underdevelopped physically with room to grow and get stronger, Corbin showed high levels of athleticism over the weekend with diving plays at the shortstop position, and a smooth balanced swing at the plate.|
|Connor||Cole||Peak Select 16U||2023||LF||Connor was a hit machine over the weekend posting multiple games with 2 or more hits. Went 3 for 3 with a triple, double, and single. Very good athlete who looks confident in the box, finds the barrel consistently with power to all fields. Showed ability to be patient, to trust his hands to drive the ball to the opposite field with pop.|
|Ethan||Orlowski||West Michigan Mavericks – Bloem||2022||1B||A big and tall kid with a strong lower body, Ethan has plus power at the plate which he showed off over the weekend with with a 3 run home run. Uses sneaky athleticism to stay balanced and in his legs with quick hips that fire hands through zone. Showed fight at the plate with a 10 pitch triple.|
|Cole||Gebben||Bulldogs 16u||2023||Cole is a fun pitcher to watch with clear projectability. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot with whippy action to create natural arm side movement on fastball. Running his fast ball up to 85, he also can keep good arm speed for a high 60s curveball that he can locate well. Apart from that, Cole suprised hitters with a knuckleball that he could locate low and over the plate.|
|William||Wilhelm IV||Legacy 16u – Stephenson||2023||William is an all-around very good athlete which was shown at the plate and on the basepaths with several extra base hits including an inside the park homerun. At SS, made several good plays. Showed a high ability to throw strikes on the mound with above average mechanics highlighted by a strong leg drive.|

Is very relaxed in the box, with quiet hands that get to a balanced strong load before his lower body correctly engages his swing to produce plus power. As a fielder, made multiple plays on the run. Sat high 70’s with a smooth delivery that stayed online to produce a lot of strikes.|
|Nash||Hawks Gold||3B||A right handed pitcher, nash showed high upside mechanics with a very effectie and high spin rate curveball and a fastball that he ran up to 81mph. As a hitter, Nash was patient in the box and showed ability to drive the ball the other way.|
|Raether||Hawks Gold||C||A catcher who shows athleticism behind the plate with ability to receive from multiple stances, get under balls low in the zone for strikes, and a quick exchange to throw with a plus arm.|
|Caleb||Bonemer||Hawks Gold||2024||Caleb has an athletic frame who has a very smooth load to lauch from the right side of the plate. Made several plays in the infield look easy, and on the mound ran his fastball up to 82mph with good intent through zone.|
|Lieclece||Legacy||SS||Lieclece showcased high pitching ability with 3 pitches he could throw for strikes, running his fastball up to 81mph. At the plate, he is athletic looking in the box with fast hands that get started by a quick lower half. He does a good job of keeping his bat long and flat thorugh th zone to find a lot of barrels.|
