This event is open to all teams looking for a showcase format event with teams competing in a 5 game schedule with all teams participating in a team combine on one of the 4 days of the event. The combine will be a team managed event with the opportunity to complete a full IF/OF session, timed running, and velo tracking. This event will be limited to 16 teams per age division!
We have partnered with the Cincinnati Reds to offer tickets for families in Pastime Tournaments. Check the link below to buy your tickets. Keep in mind, your tournamnet experience comes first, so rescheduling due to weather will not take into account the Reds games. You can, however, put in a schedule request to not play during the time frame of your originally purchased tickets.

All Pastime Tournaments events are STAY-TO-PLAY. In order to participate in the tournaments, all teams are required to book their lodging through Athletx Travel. Athletx Travel has secured specially discounted rates with the top properties in the area. If you choose not to book your lodging through Athletx Travel, you will be required to pay an alternative lodging fee. Contact [email protected] for alternative lodging inquiries. If you are considered local to an event (within 75 miles) please let us know so we can verify and get you noted as compliant. If within 2 weeks of the event, Athletx Travel will not be an option and the alternative lodging fee will automatically applied unless the team is considered local.
