All Pastime Tournaments events are STAY-TO-PLAY. In order to participate in the tournaments, all athletes are required to book their lodging through Athletx Travel. Athletx Travel has secured specially discounted rates with the top properties in the area. If you choose not to book your lodging through Athletx Travel, you will be required to pay an alternative lodging fee. Contact hotels-pastimetournaments@athletx.com for alternative lodging inquiries. If you are considered local to an event (within 75 miles) please let us know so we can verify and get you noted as compliant. If within 2 weeks of the event, Athletx Travel will not be an option and the alternative lodging fee will automatically applied unless the team is considered local.

Special Notes
2022 will be the 15th year of events at Butler University and the 17th year of events for Pastime Tournaments. The events we host in Indianapolis are played at several collegiate venues and high school venues with turf will take a priority with game play. Feature field game guarantees can be locked in for those submitting registration and payment in full within the listed number of teams receiving guarantees. MORE teams will play on feature fields than what is listed but the guarantee is reserved for those registering and paying early. Baseballs are always provided during Pastime Tournaments' events. *The All Prospect World Series is a 120+ team event and will sell out at each age division so get locked in early!*
