Dbacks Elite- Alexander rolled through our 14U National Championship. During pool play, the Dbacks went 4-0 while scoring 54 runs and allowing only 3 runs against them. This was good for first in the pool and the first overall seed in the tournament. After a first round bye Saturday, they went on to win their first tournament game with a 12-1 run rule. A rain filled Sunday made it for an eventful championship day. The Diamondbacks pulled out a hard fought 8-6 win over WoW to advance to the semi finals. After another run rule in the semi finals, they met up with US Elite Mid Atlantic in the championship at the University of Louisville. They went on to battle and win the championship by a score of 6-4. What a run for the Dbacks to go 8-0 and become 14U National Champions!
